Found this post on reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/playark/comments/38xor0/ I just added -sm4 to launch and modified my DefaultEngine.ini settings to this guys and I am getting 60 FPS at all times now.. Found with this I can actually start bumping up higher detail textures, although water looks really strange from a distance. This game uses the Unreal Engine 4 so if you are familiar with that, feel free to play around with your settings and let us know if you found a pretty decent trade off between quality and performance.
